Definition
Specifies the percentage of the NULA rent adjustment to reach the target rent adjustment in Portugal, as defined by law.
Use
The target rent adjustment is 4%, and you can only reach it only by an incremental agorithm over a predefined number of years.
Note:
The target rent adjustment is not identical with the official rent adjustment that is based on yearly indexes.
