Definition
Specifies the target rent amount that you (as a landlord) can request each month for your building or rental object according to the NULA rent adjustment.
Use
The target rent amount is based on the property taxable value and the conservation factor of your building or rental object. You can apply the NULA rent adjustment gradually during a predefined number of years. In the last year, the target rent is multiplied with the consumer-price-index-based variance of the adjustment years.
