Definition

The calculation method to be used for condition types for subsequent allocation of VAT amounts to individual condominium owners in a condominium owners' association (COA).

Use

Choose one of the following:

• Total Procedure
  The full amount of the VAT calculated on the expense is subsequently allocated to each of the owners.
• Difference Procedure
  The calculated VAT is subsequently allocated only to those owners for whom the non-commercial tax rate is not valid. For these tax rates, the Priority indicator is not set for the tax group in this IMG activity.
