Definition

Use

Enter the calculation method used for creating the main rent statement. You can choose from:

  • Standard Calculation
    The value of the schema item being settled is determined based on the specifications for the calculation base for schema items or of the calculation formulas for derived schema items.
  • Vacancy
    The value of the schema item being settled is determined from the condition of the rental object when it is vacant. You enter the relevant condition in the calculation base for schema items. The calculation is not adopted until the vacancy time period exceeds the number of months that was entered in to the Define Parameters for Vacancy Reason IMG activity.
  • Own Use and Condominium Owner Use
    The value of the settlement item is determined from the condition of the rental object. You enter the relevant condition in the calculation base for schema items.
  • Investment Premium
    The value of the schema item being settled is determined as a percentage of the derived schema item.
  • Tax Reimbursement
    The value of the schema item being settled is determined as a percentage of the derived schema item, with the positive/negative sign reversed.
  • BAdI Implementation
    The value of the schema item being settled is determined using an implementation of the BADI_REXC_MS_CALC BAdI.
