Definition
Specifies the limit of yearly real estate payment charges over which the company needs to provide a report to the tax office.
Use
You prepare the Payment Charge Report to collect all the payments that are above the payment limit.
Enter the amount of the payment limit in this field. If the real estate charges paid to the property owner exceed this payment limit, the system collects the payment data and creates a list, which you can print or file in with the tax authorities.
The agent commissions do not count for the yearly payment charge limit. You need to maintain the agent commissions limit separately.
