Definition
Specifies the limit of yearly real estate agent commissions over which the company needs to provide a report to the tax office.
Use
It takes the real estate agent commissions into account and reports them in a different form section. The agent commissions do not count for the yearly payment charge limit.
Dependencies
You additionally need to select the Report Agent Commission checkbox, if you want the agent commission to be included in the Payment Charge Report.
Example
In 2009, the agent commission limit in Japan is 150.000 Yen.
