Definition
Set the indicator when the real estate object is transferred to a third-party.
Use
In case of a real estate object transfer, the possible values are as follows:
- Retirement - when sold
In case of a sale, the system sets value Retirement automatically to the vendor data, if the contract was terminated with a Reason for Notice customized for transfer of ownerships.
- Acquisition - when purchased
In case of a purchase, you must set value Acquisition when you create the first IRE record of the real estate object, to indicate that the ownership was transferred.
You are not required to pay notice fees for contracts terminated with transfer of ownership (no IRE record of type 'N' is created in the system).
For real estate objects purchased with transfer of ownership notice, the first annual IRE tax to be paid is the same as for intermediary years (IRE record of type 'I').
