Select this checkbox if the category ID is residential.

This information is required for the calculation procedure of the ICI/IMU rate.

Dependencies

If this indicator is set, the ICI/IMU rates for 'not rented' situations and the reduced ICI/IMU rate in the case of reduced tax amounts are considered. Otherwise, these rates are not considered in the calculation procedure.

Example

A different ICI/IMU rate may be applied for non-rented residential objects.
