Definition

Specifies the tax rate that the system applies when the reduction reason '1' is entered in the IMU interval.

Use

You have to enter the city rate in promilles.

If you do not make an entry here, the standard (normal) ICI/IMU rate is considered.

Dependencies

Note that the rate is only applied when the cadastral object is marked as residential.
