Documentation
Definition
Specifies the payback amount in percentage relating to the main tax code that the other contracting party (tenant) is charged to pay back when the contracting party initially paid the registration amount and it is possible to subsequently charge the other party for their share.
Use
You can specify different payback percentages per tax code. The system calculates the payback amount relating to the main tax code and adds it to the total IRE Payback Amount.
If you do not enter a percentage value here, the system uses the payback percentage you specified in the Customizing activity Maintain Time-Dependent Parameters for the payback amount calculation of the main tax code.
Dependencies
You selected the IRE Payback Indicator checkbox for the main tax code.
