Documentation
Definition
Rate (in promille) applied to the taxable amount to calculate the property tax. This rate differs depending on the city in which the building or property is situated.
Use
The IMU rate is the sum of the city rate and the country rate.
If the city, in which the property is located does not announce a specific city rate, the IMU rate defined by the government must be used for the property tax calculation. In this case, you must enter this rate in Customizing.
