Documentation
Definition
Specifies a default IMU tax rate that is defined by law for the property tax calculation.
Note:
As of 2013, the default rate defined by the government is no longer used. For the property tax calculation, all the cities must specify their own required IMU rates. The system uses these rates for the tax calculation and ignores any entry in this field.
Use
If the city in which the cadastral object is located does not define a city rate for a given time period, the default IMU rate defined by the government must be used for the property tax calculation. This default IMU rate can be applied to all cities that do not have specific city rates.
