Definition
Indicates that the calculated property tax amount (IMU) is split into two equal parts (50-50%) between the two payments: down payment and balance payment.
Use
The system proceeds as follows:
- If you select this checkbox, the system splits the tax amount equally between the down payment and balance payment.
- If you do not select this checkbox, the system calculates the down payment and balance payment amounts by proportioning on the basis of the number of months before the end date of the down payment.
Note:
If you select the Down Payment Locked checkbox in the Architectural Object (REBDAO) transaction, on the IMU Data tab page, the system applies the second calculation method, that is, it does not split the tax amount equally between the two payments.
