Definition
Specifies the flow type for total credit memos.
Use
The flow type for total credit memos determines the posting of stamp tax on the expense account of the company if the base amount exceeds the legal limit for stamp taxes (currently EUR 77.47).
In case of total credit memos, you (as a company) do not pay back the whole invoice amount to the customer or tenant.
The customer/tenant does not pay the stamp tax, it is the company who has twofold stamp taxes:
- one for the invoice
- one for the credit memo
