Documentation
Definition
Coefficient used for calculating the taxable amount based on the cadastral category. This coefficient is used only in case of historical objects.
Note:
There is no specific category coefficient and percentage increase for historical buildings. The same category coefficients and percentage increases must be used for the property tax (IMU) calculation for historical and non-historical buildings. For IMU tax calculation, you must leave this field empty.
Use
The cadastral revenue entered in the ICI master data is multiplied by this coefficient and the relevant percentage increase and the result is the taxable amount.
For historical objects, the category coefficient is the same as for buildings (100) and does not depend on the cadastral category.
