Use

Set this flag if the taxable amount is to be determined directly from the selling value of the building area (category ID 'AF') or from the D-building value (category ID 'FD').

The taxable amounts for buildings (category ID 'FC' ) and for agricultural lands (category ID 'TA') are determined based on the category coefficient and percentage raise.
