Definition
There exists only for the Building and Buildings of type 'D' (calculation types 'FC' and 'FD') different category IDs (e.g. A/1, A/3, C/1). Therefore, the indicator has to be set in the view V_TIVXCITCALCTYP.
For the Building Areas and Agricultural land (calculation types 'AF' and 'TA' ) such category IDs don't exist. Therefore, the indicator has not to be set.
