Example
The Contract Form correspondence activity is defined so that the following documents can be created for each contract:
- Letter to main contractual partner of contract
- Contract form to main contractual partner of contract
- Information to utilities company
The system creates a document only if a business partner with the appropriate role is assigned to the contract or the real estate object. If more than one assigned partner has the given role, then the system creates a document for each of them.
