Use
Absolute method, adjustment up to a percentage of the absolute amount of the prevailing rent or net/gross ROI on the rental object.
The percentage you enter in this field defines the maximum desired net rent.
The amount of increase due to this absolute method is based on the formula as outlined in the following example:
Condition Absolute Method on Rental Object (for example, prevailing rent) CHF 4,800.--
To Percentage Value 95% CHF 4,560.--
Current Net Rent CHF 4,000.--
Total Adjustment CHF 560.--
Adjustment Based on Relative Factors CHF 191.20.--
Adjustment Based on Absolute Factors CHF 368.80.--
