Use

Internal condition purposes can be

• Renamed
• Given additional specifications. For example, you could assign the external purposes, Market Rent und Actual Rent, to the internal purpose Statistical.

In addition, you can specify which purposes are allowed for contracts or rental objects, and which purpose is used as the default when new conditions are assigned.

In the case of rental object purposes, you can also specify a purpose that is used when rental object conditions are transferred to contracts.
