Definition
Controls reduction of net rent during an adjustment based on absolute factors.
Use
When the percentage entered in the To Percentage Value field leads to a reduction of the net rent, you can allow this reduction by setting the Net Rent Reduction indicator.
If you do not set this indicator, then the net rent is not reduced.
Dependencies
Setting this indicator has an effect only if you are making a rent adjustment up to a given percentage based on absolute factors.
