Documentation
Definition
Defines which tax authorities taxes are payable to. This always concerns the location where the goods are delivered. The tax jurisdiction is used to determine tax rates in the USA.
Use
The tax jurisdiction entered here is used to determine whether a tax reduction is to be made for an invoice.
You can use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character.
Dependencies
If you use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character, it must still be possible to determine exactly one tax jurisdiction. Otherwise, the tax base cannot be determined.
Example
If the Customizing entry is to apply to all tax jurisdictions beginning with CA, enter CA* in the Tax Jurisdiction field.
