Definition
When the A-record is imported you have to set this indicator so that the the evaluation group can also be transferred to the rental unit or renewal contracts.
When the A-record is imported, the transferred records are processed consecutively and then uniquely assigned only to the specified rental unit or corresponding lease-out. However, you do not send the settlement company a 1:1 list of rental units and lease-outs; you send only a list of the rental units or one lease-out per rental unit, without the renewal contracts. The system has to transfer the evaluation group of the rental unit to the corresponding lease-outs. The corresponding rental unit and additional lease-outs must also be adjusted when the evaluation group of the lease-out is transferred.
However, it is not useful to set this indicator if each lease-out and rental unit is already listed on the A-record. Therefore, it is best to check the A-record before you set the indicator.
It is actually incorrect to set the indicator if rental units and lease-outs are to have different evaluation groups and these are transferred separately in the A-record.
