Definition

The characteristics of the requested or offered Real Estate object describe the fixtures and fittings of the object. Unlike the detailed information for fixtures and fittings characteristics defined in the master data of the rental unit or the building, they describe the most important characteristics of the object. These characteristics are of relevance to the prospective tenant, for example whether an apartment is wheelchair-accessible, has central heating, or includes a parking space.

You can define the characteristics per object group; this means that you can have different characteristics for commercial and residential objects.
