Taking account of due date in summarized line items.
Use
You can make the following settings:
- Only Summarize If Due Date the Same
- Maximum Due Date
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the maximum (or latest) date of all summarized line items.
- Maximum Due Date (Priority Receivable)
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the maximum (or latest) due date of the receivable items. If no receivable item is used in the summarized item, then the maximum due date of the credit memo item is used.
- Maximum Due Date (Priority Credit Memo)
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the maximum (or latest) due date of the credit memo items. If no credit memo item is used in the summarized item, then the maximum due date of the receivable item is used.
- Minimum Due Date
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the minimum (or earliest) due date of all summarized line items.
- Minimum Due Date (Priority Receivable)
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the minimum (or earliest) due date of the receivable items. If no receivable item is used in the summarized item, then the minimum due date of the credit memo item is used.
- Minimum Due Date (Priority Credit Memo)
The summarizable items without the Due Date criterion are summarized. The due date of the summarized item is the minimum (or earliest) due date of the credit memo items. If no credit memo item is used in the summarized item, then the minimum due date of the receivable item is used.
