When you enter one-time postings, there is a pushbutton with the quick info text Posting Activity Help. Using this pushbutton you can get information about the posting activity.
Use
Here you can enter the text module that is displayed for the given posting activity.
You can use the same text module in multiple posting activities. This makes sense especially when the posting activities have only minor differences.
