Definition
This text is proposed as the line item text.
Use
You can overwrite this text proposal manually when posting.
You can define variables that are then automatically replaced when you post. You can use the following as variables:
&PARTNER&: Is replaced by the name of the business partner in the line item
&DUEDATE& : Is replaced by the due date in the line item
If it is not possible to derive the variables, then the system does not replace the variable and the field remains blank.
In addition, you can copy the text of the previous line by entering a plus sign (+).
Example
You specified the default text 'Vendor invoice &PARTNER&' for a credit item. When you post, the system replaces this with 'Vendor invoice XYZ Insurance,' for example.
If you enter a plus sign (+) as the text in the next following line, then the system copies the text 'Vendor invoice XYZ Insurance' to this line as well.
