Dependencies

You can also define variables that are then automatically replaced when you post. You can use the following as variables:

&REF&:    Is replaced by the reference in the document header

&PARTNER&:    Is replaced by the name of the business partner from the basic data

&DOCDATE&:    Is replaced by the document date in the document header

If it is not possible to derive the variables, then the system does not replace the variable and the field remains blank.

Example

You specify the following in Customizing: 'Vendor invoice &REF&.'
When you post, the system replaces this with 'Vendor invoice XZ1122,' for example.
