Definition
Use
- Indicator is set (
'X'
)The system checks if the invoice amount is a trivial amount as defined in the company-code-independent settings in Customizing. If it is a trivial amount, then the system does not create an invoice or a credit memo for this amount.
The check is performed separately for invoices and for credit memos. An invoice amount has to at least equal the amount set for the minimum amount for incoming payments. A credit memo amount has to at least equal the amount set for the minimum amount for outgoing payments.
- Indicator is not set (
' '
)The system creates all invoices or credit memos regardless of the invoice amount. This also applies to invoices with a balance of zero that can arise due to clearing with credit memos.
