Definition

If you set this indicator, the current selection will be cancelled and a selection screen will open. Here you can make a selection directly according to rent agreements.

Use

The current transaction determines the participating rental agreements for the specified settlement units, and generates the selected service charge key there. This is useful if additional settlement units were created after the generation of the settlement participation in the rental agreement and you only want to generate the participation for these new settlement units.

However, this indicator takes you to a different transaction that regenerates all service charge keys for the selected rental agreements.

You can set this indicator, for example, if you want to start by regenerating the settlement participation of rental agreements, since this will regenerate all the service charge keys and none of them will be forgotten in the selection.
