Definition
In addition to the cadastral usage types (actual usage), additional classifications can be assigned to a parcel by other agencies (for example, based on water protection laws). These additional classifications are entered in the real estate cadaster as additional information. (See overlay number.)
The assignment of these classifications is time-dependent, so that the sum of the areas on each overlay is not allowed to be greater than the total cadastral area of the parcel.
You can specify these classifications in Customizing as dependent on the location of the parcel.
