Documentation
Definition
If you set this indicator, only master settlement units (SUs) are settled.
This lets you carry out a settlement in two stages. In the first stage, only the credit postings on the the master SU are credited to the participating SUs. The cost collectors of the master SU are then locked. In the next stage of settlement, you can settle the participating SUs so that costs are passed on to the tenants.
If you carry out a reversal when this method was used, you have to reverse the settlement of the participating SUs first, before you can reverse the settlement of the master SU.
For large amounts of data, we recommend splitting up the settlement in this way by setting this indicator.
