Definition

This indicator controls whether the calculation takes place to the exact day or on a monthly basis.

The "Full Period" (full consideration of periods) indicator in Customizing for sales-based rent settlement also influences the calculation.

If the "Full Period" indicator is not set (recommended set ting), then

the "Exact Day" indicator has an effect only if a minimum rent was agreed on for the lease-out. If you did not agree on a minimum rent, then this indicator has no effect.

If the "Full Period" indicator is set in Customizing, then

the "Exact Day" indicator is still only considered in the case of an incomplete settlement period, if no minimum rent was agreed on.

  • Results of sales-based rent settlement (taking minimum rent into consideration):
    • Exact to the day calculation: 835.16 (1000 * (152 / 182))
    • Calculation on monthly basis: 833.33 (1000 * (5 / 6))
