Definition

Using the correction report program RFVIAESP, you can re-release settlement units that have already been settled. This is necessary, for example, if you need to reverse incorrect documents, but the SU is to remain settled.

You usually receive an error message if you try to release settlement units that have already been settled.

When this indicator is set, you can release these SUs; the settlement ID is saved in a local file. When you want to set the SU back to "settled" with the old settlement ID, you have to specify the local file in the report. The old ID is then read from it. However, the date used as the settlement date is not the actual date of the settlement, but rather the system date; this indicates that the SU has been changed.
