Documentation
Definition
The recurrence frequency is the number of weeks or months that elapse before the business event type is repeated. Factor 1 on a monthly basis means that the business event is repeated once a month.
Example:
Schedule class = 3 (repetition on a monthly basis)
Recurrence factor = 7
Recurrence frequency = 2
=> 7 business events taking place every 2 months
Supplementary Documentation - REFRQ 4023
Use
The field contains the recurrence frequency relevant for the reservation of the resource. This is generally the repetition rate which is set in infotype 1022 (schedule) for the business event.
When you create a new relationship, if the field contains the value from infotype 1022 appended to the business event, you should avoid changing the value displayed. A change would mean that the reservation of resources should be different from that defined in the schedule. If you do not explicitly require different resource reservation, do not change the pre-defined schedule. A change could result in unwanted multiple reservations by other business events.
