Definition
Contains the line item to which the current line item refers.
For block prices, the quantity entered in manual billing is prorated according to the blocks.
Example
If two line items with 100 and 400 kWh result from a line item with 500 kWh in the case of block price Z1, which has blocks defined as 0 to 100 kWh and 100 to 9999999999 kWh, then the line item for the second block is marked with REFBELZONE = 1. The first line item has no entry for REFBELZONE.
