For contracts with a term that encompasses several fiscal years, this indicator specifies if the earmarked funds are extended to the following year, for which cash flows do not yet exist.

Use

• Indicator is set ('X')

  For the cash flow records of these contracts, the system generates earmarked funds in Funds Management (FM) for the following fiscal year. Depending on your Customizing settings, the system can also trigger an approval workflow.

• Indicator is not set (' ')

  For the cash flow records of these contracts, the system does not generate any additional earmarked funds in Funds Management (FM).
