Definition
This indicator controls whether the SEPA mandate is updated in the FI document during automatic posting from RE-FX.
Use
- Indicator is set (
'X')
During automatic posting, the SEPA mandate is determined from the posting parameters of the real estate contract and updated in the FI document. This mandate is later used in the payment run. Note that this mandate must be valid at the time of the payment run.
- Indicator is not set (
' ')
The SEPA mandate is not updated in the FI document during automatic posting. If subfunction TM01 "Management of SEPA Mandates" is active, the SEPA mandate is determined from the respective posting term of the real estate contract during the payment run for automatic postings from RE-FX. If a SEPA mandate has not been specified or if subfunction TM01 is not active, the mandate is determined from the business partner.
Regardless of the setting selected here, the SEPA mandate is usually updated in the FI document when one-time postings (RERAOP) are used, if this has been specified on the "Payment/Dunning Data" tab page.
Dependencies
Subfunction TM01 "Management of SEPA Mandates" has to be active.
