Definition
Indicator is set:
Under the Correspondence Data tab in the selection screen, there is a selection menu for text modules. The use of selected text modules is recommended if you only use one form for general letters and the text body of frequently occurring letters is stored in a text module.
You define the text modules that are permitted in the Customizing activity Flexible Text Modules.
Indicator is not set:
The selection menu is hidden on the selection screen. If a sample text module has been created under Flexible Text Modules, this will be used in the form even if the field is hidden.
