Indicator is set: The correspondence application cannot be used.
When you try to access the mass print program, an error message appears. For single print processes, the correspondence activity does not appear in the selection menu in the header area of the screen.

Example
If the correspondence application Master Data Sheet (Business Entity) is inactive, the function @3G@ in master data objects is not available.
If all correspondence applications of an object category (for instance General Letter (Business Entity) and Master Data Sheet (Business Entity)) are inactive, then the @0X@ function in master data object processing is not available.
@0S@ If you set the inactive indicator, this has the same effect as deleting the Customizing entry. However, the properties and dependent entries are not deleted.
