Definition
Determination of recipient of a correspondence activity
Use
To create documents without recipients, use the Without Partner Reference setting. This setting is particularly suitable for master data sheets. The documents are always output, regardless of whether partners are assigned to the object or not.
For contracts, the role of the main contractual partner depends on the contract type, and thus it should not be fixed in the correspondence activity. Instead, choose the setting Main Contractual Partner Without Role Category and Role Type.
