If you do not want to limit the number, enter 0.

Notes

If the complete document list contains more entries than the selection list, please note the following for user-specific sorting:

The selection lists comprise entries taken from the beginning of the complete document list, which is sorted according to a criterion defined for the specific correspondence application being used. If you sort the items within the selection list according to a different criterion than that of the complete document list, the new selection list, in most cases, will not match the entries at the beginning of a newly sorted complete document list.
