Definition
The system standard is such that the correspondence activity is automatically determined depending on the differentiating characteristics. This makes it possible to print, say, contract 1 with correspondence activity T420 and contract 2 with correspondence activity T421.
Indicator is set:
You can override the correspondence activity in the selection screen. This setting is particularly useful if you have several general letters and you wish to select the one you require.
Indicator is not set:
The correspondence activity is automatically determined.
