Example

The correspondence activity Contract Form is defined in such a way that the following documents are created for each contract:

• Letter to the main contractual partner
• Contract form to the main contractual partner
• Information to the utilities company

A document is only created when a business partner with the corresponding role is assigned to the contract or Real Estate object.

If several partners are assigned this role, a document is created for each of them.
