Documentation
The following options are available:
- Settings per Correspondence Application : In the activity Define Correspondence Applications and Correspondence Activities, define for each correspondence application whether the other output media are to be used or not.
- Never E-Mail or Use Fax: This output medium is not used in the output activity. No fields are available for this in the user dialog. The Customizing settings in the correspondence application are ignored.
You can define that general letters are either sent by E-Mail or by fax, but this does not apply for contract forms.
