Definition
Use
The following options are available:
- Settings per Correspondence Application: In the activity Define Correspondence Applications and Assign Correspondence Activities, you can define for each correspondence application if archiving is to occur or not. You can also define if the archiving mode in the user dialog is changeable or not.
- Never Archive: No documents are archived during the output activity. No fields are available in the application dialog to switch on the archiving function. The system ignores the Customizing settings in the correspondence application.
- Always Archive: All documents are archived regardless of the correspondence application. The archiving mode is displayed in the application dialog, but this can be changed. The Customizing settings in the correspondence applications are ignored.
