Use
This ID is used to assign a purpose to the general contract in the periodic posting.
Field is filled
In the periodic posting the entry is copied to the FI document as the reference document number.
Field is blank
The contract number is copied to the FI document as the reference document number.
Notes
The reference document number generated during the periodic posting is never copied to the FI document as the reference document number (as is, for example, the case with the reference document number of a debit position).
