Documentation
Definition
Portion of the condition amount that is to be posted to the object (and not to the general contract)
Use
Condition amounts are usually posted 100% to the contract.
In this column you can specify the cost and revenue portions for posting to the object for each condition type (and all objects assigned to it). Base your specifications on the condition type:
Credit-side condition type Debit-side condition type
Costs to object Revenue to object
Object assignment results automatically from the settings in the tabstrip Objects; however, you can also assign other objects - set in Customizing for the contract type - to each condition type: |@17@(Insert object)
Procedure
- Expand object hierarchy:
Position the cursor on the selected condition type and choose |@3S@(Expand object).
Specify the percentage rate per object.
- Display distribution overview:
Choose |@B_LISt@(Distribution Overview); a list of all condition types is displayed with the distribution percentage rates.
- Simulate posting procedures:
Choose |@B_RKSI@(Simulate distribution); you receive a simulation of the distribution which you can further process (Reporting with the ABAP List Viewer).
