Use

Specify the numbers of the general contracts to be selected. Note that the object selections for business entities and rental units do not apply for the selection of general contracts.

If you wish to select general contracts by Real Estate objects contained in the contracts, you should use the selection by sets function: generate a set for general contracts using the object selection and use the selection by set option in the selection program.
