Date on which the contract partner approved the contract renewal

Procedure

1. Enter the date of approval to be able to renew the contract, and choose ENTER; you can now renew the contract by choosing

   @3C@(Renew contract)

2. To cancel a renewal that you have carried out, choose

   @0H@(Display all dates) and then

   @B_DACT@(Cancel renewal)

Dependencies

You can only make entries in this field if

1. The renewal option is indicated as being subject to approval in Customizing OR
2. You have set a changeable renewal option as subject to approval
